I immediately ran to my local cable company office and traded in my old digital converter box for a Hi Def converter box. The Sony Bravia is a snap to connect, I have an HDMI cable from cable box to another HDMI cable from the DVD in the back of the Sony Bravia, and I was ready! Simple. The set looks great, and comes with clear instructions instruction. Will be much better than me (ie, PIP) need, yet is easy to use. An excellent purchase for the money, and Consumer Reports "Best Buy" from his recent review (myBrother, who saw it). It is very attractive, with a decorative, easy to configure and can actually be viewed from almost any angle, with excellent image quality. I would say it is perfect for a viewing distance up to about 12-15 meters. The picture is true, the quality of the Sony brand. br / br / My only smoke, and that is superficial, is that if the inputs are on the side of the TV (probably appeal to simple, if it is enabled) can hold the cables of the television. I bought this Sony Bravia 46 inch HD 1080p LCD TV, model KDL-46S4100 on Wednesday from the shop home theater for less than $ 1200 with free shipping. I have the TV next week on a Friday by FedEx. FedEx driver helped me also bring up the family room TV. Like other reviewers said, it was a breeze to install and setup took minutes. The menu asks you wait 50 minutes until all the analog and high definition channels are tuned so I did, and theSONY remote control navigation of this was great. Just find your favorite channels, in particular those of HD. The picture in HD is unsurpassed. I have not seen a more high-definition TV in a different. Although everthing on this LCD TV is easy to use a lot of stuff is programmed into the crowd. He also tells us with a shortcut menu at the top of the screen when you change channels transmitted, the resolution of the channel. If it is in 1080i with a 16:9 widescreen format, then you will say. SomeOnly the HD channels broadcast in 780 and similar to those in 480 So you know why the image clearer and sharper than others. I can not wait until they all go high definition, in the month of June. Some people have complained about orders from Home Theater Store, but I was very pleased with them. Via e-mail once sent the item and it came out as expected. Shipping was fast and the field was not damaged in any way. I recommend this TV and had no problems from Home Theater Store. NowI know because I always compare other TVs from Sony.
